You may notice a non-recurring fee on your bill if you requested one or more of the following services:  

$100 for replacement of modems four or more years old.

$100 minimum fee for customer requests to move equipment locations on already installed locations.

$100 minimum fee for service calls to repair damage due to negligence.

$100 fee for a technician to program a customer owned router and/or other customer owned equipment.

$75 fee to move a current service to a new address.

$50 minimum fee for a service call for service issues such as the customer factory resetting the modem, modem or phone was unplugged, bad customer owned router, cable TV programming, etc.

$50 reconnect fee for seasonal disconnects or non-pay disconnects
